Cynthia, I will never forget the huge impact you had on me during the worst time of my life. You persisted in reaching out until I finally took hold of the lifeline you were holding out for me. I know that God sent you to let me know that I was worthy and that I was loved and to not be ashamed. You were shining light at a time of darkness. So gracious when you invited my son into your home and provided transportation when he came to visit me. I will truly miss your smile, your laugh and the joy you made me feel. You were one of the true angels sent from heaven that is now back at home with the Lord!
Your friend,
Shirley Huddleston

I will forever remember Cynthia's beautiful smile, kind words to EVERYONE, and the awesome way that she dressed. She always looked so "put-together." She embodied the true Proverbs 31 woman. We talked and had laughs so much of the time in our 15 years of knowing each other. We held hands and prayed together. We had numerous lunches together. I have fond memories of riding with her to St. John's Women's meetings where her husband preached on Sundays. She always said "Hello Beautiful" to me. I loved her so and will miss her greatly. When we had the book study about the book HEAVEN by Randy Alcorn, she told the women: "I have had an excellent life. When it's my time, I'll be ready. I know who my Lord and Savior is and I rest in that." I look forward to seeing you again one day Cynthia. Love you more, Barbara Fozard

At a time in their life when they could take on less and enjoy their free time, Cynthia & Adrian decided to open their home and their hearts to youth from across the world. This was born of a desire to share their blessings with others... and they have... to the eleven youth they've provided love and safety to... and countless others. Cynthia was warm, loving and radiated with positivity. Every time we hosted an event, when she walked through the door, the room immediately felt more joyous. One did not have to know her long to know that she was a woman of strong faith and great compassion that lived a life of dedicated service to God and to others. She will be greatly missed by all of us.

This was Cynthia! I have known her since 2014. She was a gentle soul filled with kindness, compassion, love, care and nurturing. She welcomed people into her home and heart with open arms. She was beautiful to behold, gentle in spirit and a great host! Her interactions with people were with respect, meekness and compassion. Miss you Cynthia......

Cynthia was a beautiful witness of the gospel. She was continually exuding joy and love for others.
I loved walking by and tapping on the office window knowing she would look up with that radiant smile of hers. Passing by that window will not be the same but will always bring to mind sweet memories of her presence.

I had the pleasure of meeting Reverend Scott and Mrs Cynthia in 2016. They were a very nice couple. We worked together as wonderful foster parents. They did respite for us and we did respite for them. Mrs Cynthia would always make and send peanut butter cookies over with their kids. It was always enough to go around. When I complimented her cookies she smiled so bright with so much joy. I will miss her smile and of course those wonderful peanut butter cookies. May God continue to bless Reverend Scott and family.
