My Beloved Brother, Mentor, and Hero,
Dub, I would like to take an opportunity to express my gratitude for being my
brother during our time together growing up. You were a true teacher of what’s
important in life with your unconditional LOVE.
Wow, what a journey as you lived well past your 40-year life expectancy until the
age of 66 years. You beat the odds and proved the medical experts wrong.
I recall when in 1994 you became very ill at age 40. After seeing over 5 medical
doctors, they said there was nothing more they could do and told dad to prepare
you for passing. I remember coming over for a visit and seeing you. You were in
really bad shape only weighing 85 lbs. I was inspired at that moment with one
last effort to try an alternative healing involving applied kinesiology and acupressure,
discover by Chinese doctors over 5,000 years ago. Dad resisted and had given
up on you, buy I persisted to give it one final shot. The outcome was miraculous
You healed within 60 days and regained your health. The core problem was an
Imbalance in your nervous system. The medical community to this day has no
clue with nervous system imbalances. The body can heal itself with no harmful
drugs. I consider it one of my greatest accomplishments as my inner guidance
and intuition proved it was the right healing technique.
The thing I realized after you passed was that you were born without an ego. You
never lost you childhood qualities of unconditional love, forgiveness, and sense of
joy in life. I get that as “normal adults” like myself and others that we actually live
and are cursed with egos that we have developed as an adult. The ego really
covers up the unconditional love we all have at our core.
During the past 26 years, you have overcome many health challenges. As you may
recall, I told you were like a cat with 9 lives. You even overcame testing positive for
Covid19 during a 42 day period.
As I was becoming more frustrated since I couldn’t come see you in person, I heard
the hospital opened up back for visitation. I came by to visit on Friday, the 12th and
was told by the front desk check-in that you were under restrictions because of still
being tested covid positive. I joked with Stephanie (front desk RN) to call upstairs
and tell you to get over it so we could come see you. To my surprise, I received a
call the next day that you had tested negative and we were allowed to come visit.
Seeing you the first day unconscious and connected to a respirator, I knew that your
days were numbered. You regained consciousness and seem to come back to the
normal old Dub. However, I received numerous calls from the hospital nurses that
you wanted to go home to family and friends. One the 3rd day prior to you passing,
I came to visit you. As I slowly entered your room, I noticed that you were engaged
with several spirits. You were laughing and having such a good time. The energy
In room was filled with such love. As I slowly approached your bed, I totally was
immersed in the experience. I asked who you were visiting with…you mentioned dad,
mom, and special friends. At that moment in which I will never forget, I was exposed
to an experience of heaven. It was absolutely beautiful and blissful. You talked about
passing and I honored your intent. I told friends about it that you would pass in
3 days and your wish was fulfilled. The nurse caring for you said you passed away
with a smile on your face.
Being a special child of God, I have a couple of requests. First of all, the planet is
currently in turmoil with the corona virus and racial injustice revolts, Please bestow
upon us courageous men and women that will lead a movement of unconditional
love, peace and order. I get that the virus is mother nature telling us once again to
love one another without hate, prejudice, or malice. Maybe we’ll get it one day. If
not, my sense is that the meek and humble will truly inherit the earth.
Secondly, I still have work to do on the planet. However, when I sense that it’s my
time to pass, please come with a golden ticket that will lead me to the promise land.
In closing, it has been an honor to be a part of growing up with you and especially
the final few days of your life. I know what heaven looks like now and feel very humble
to be with one of God’s chosen people. Love you brother and you will forever be
in my heart. Tell Elvis hello for me!
Love you forever brother,
Don
