Carl was born on March 7, 1964 in Fort Worth, Texas. He graduated O.D. Wyatt High School in 1982. Carl played N.F.L. for 7 years.
He is preceded in death by his parents, John L. Carter and Althia Lusk Jones.
Survivors: Sons, Carl Carter, Jr. and wife Racheal; and Chris Carter; grand-children, Carmelo, Charlize, Christopher, Sophia, Cayden; sister, Marilyn Martin; brother, Tarrance Jones; step-father, T.J. Jones; and extended family.
