Simon Lopez Alejandro, 64, went to be with the Lord April 1, 2017. Services: 8 a.m. Tuesday at First Baptist Church of Colleyville, 5300 Colleyville Blvd. Colleyville, TX 76034. Visitation: 6-8 p.m. Monday at Martin Thompson & Son Funeral Home, 6009 Wedgwood Dr., Fort Worth, TX 76133. Interment: 10 a.m. Tuesday at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy., Dallas, TX. Memorials: Should friends desire, memorials may be made to Trinity Bible Institute, P.O. Box 16484, Fort Worth, TX 76162. Simon was born on November 28, 1952 in Kinney County, Texas to Francisco Alejandro and Alicia Lopez Alejandro. He retired from the Navy as Petty Officer, First Class. After retirement Simon served the Lord as a lay minister with Trinity Bible Institute. Simon loved the Dallas Cowboys, pickup trucks, westerns, and serving the Lord but most importantly he loved his family. He is preceded in death by his parents, Francisco Alejandro and Alicia Lopez Alejandro; brothers, John and Michael Alejandro; and sisters, Sally and Lucy Alejandro. Survivors: Daughters, Jeannette Alejandro, Jennifer Alejandro, Jessica Burton and Jackie Alejandro; sons, Simon Alejandro, Jr. and Daniel Alejandro; grandchildren, Zachary, Hayden, Asia, Isaiah, Johnathan, Mariah, Amias, Xavier, Xander, Bethany, Octavian, Lily, and Damien; brothers, Frank, Ross, and Ricky; and sisters, Georgia, Hope, Kathy, Melissa and Margaret.
