My deepest condolences, so sorry to hear about your loss.
The Bible does give us hope when it comes to our dead loved ones. In the Bible God talks about a resurrection of the righteous and the unrighteous. He calls them out of their tombs and gives them a hope to live forever in peace on a paradise earth. If you get time read John 5:28,29. It will soothe you and give you a new hope.
