Georgia was a dear friend and neighbor at Leisure World in Weslaco, TX of my parents, Jerry and Ann Sheridan. Jim and Georgia always greeted us when we came down to the Valley to visit. After my dad passed and Jim passed, until she moved up North, we would look forward to seeing her when mom and I came down. Georgia was a classy lady and I'm sorry I didn't make a better effort to see her when we visited my sister in Dallas. I thank her son for keeping us all informed of her condition. My sister Janet spent many an evening sitting on the porch visiting with Georgia when she came down during her one week of vacation in the summer. God rest her soul, she is playing cards with my mom now.
