Patsy Finkboner, 89, passed away on Thursday, December 22, 2016.
Patsy was born in Altus, Oklahoma on January 17,1927. She worked many years for General Dynamics and Lockheed. Patsy will be missed by all.
Survivors: Sister, Billye Billman; and extended family.
