Obituary of Salvatore Anthony Liquori

Please share a memory of Salvatore to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Salvatore Anthony Liquori passed away December 1, 2016. Sal was born in Corona, Queens, New York on August 11,1928 to Salvatore and Edna Liquori. He was talented in many areas, starting in the garment industry, moving on to be a glazier and installing glass in high rise New York. From there he went into remodeling on the gold coast of Long Island. He continued building homes until he was no longer able to work. Moving to Texas in the 80's was the best move he ever made, as he met the love of his life, Donna. He was the other beat of her heart, her soulmate, her lover, her friend, and the best thing that ever happened to her. Sal and Donna had 25 wonderful years together, the best of their lives. They had a great love for each other. They married 3 months after they met, but Sal would have married Donna the next day if she were open to it. Sal was an encourager. He made those around him stronger. He loved his blended family. Salvatore is now with our loving and forgiving God, in the streets of glory. He will live on through all our memories. He made an impression everywhere he went or where he worked. Everyone that met him never forgot him. He was one of a kind and talented in so many ways. Sal is survived by his wife, Donna; daughter, Linda Bruni of New York; sons, John of New York, Matthew of Georgia, David of Phoenix, Sal Jr. of Plano, Texas; son, Brandon of Albuquerque; and daughter, Jana of Texas.
