Rosemary was born on August 13, 1955 in Fort Worth to Casimiro and Rosa Balandran. She graduated from Alvarado High School in 1973.
Survivors; Sons, Mario Rodolfo and Chris Perales; sisters, Trina Moralez, Petra Diaz and Adelita Ibarra; brothers, Nick Gonzales, Santos Gonzales and Jesse Balandran; granddaughters, Tiffany Rodolfo and Monique Rodolfo.
