Bobbi was born on July 30, 1979 in San Bernardino, CA. She enjoyed reading and playing video games with her son. She was a loving and devoted mother, daughter, sister and friend.
Survivors: Son, Owen Chappell; mother, Cena Chappell; father, John Chappell; sisters, Jodi Chappell and Chrissy Chappell; and extended family.
