Cindy Rowland, Passed away on Wednesday, November 11, 2015. Memorial Service: 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, Marty Leonard Chapel, 3131 Sanquinet St, Ft. Worth. Cindy was born on August 30, 1961 in Gorman, Texas to Michael and Shirley Ann Lisenbee. She loved to go to the lake and be outdoors. Cindy enjoyed shopping, dining, traveling, country music, dancing and singing. She also loved to entertain and would take care of everyone. Cindy will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Survivors: Husband, John Rowland; daughters, Brandy Branum and Kimberly Koschtial; granddaughter, Kendell Koschtial; mother, Shirley Castlemen; father, Michael Lisenbee and wife Cathy; sisters, Susan Fowler, Julie Tijerina and husband Mike, and Melanie Bailey and husband Dennis; brothers, Kenneth Lisenbee, and Chris Bushong and wife Cathy; best friends, Chris and Denise Paske; and numerous nieces and nephews.
