Carolyn Diane Krueger, 76, died peacefully in Fort Worth on November 26, 2015 from complications of Diabetes.
Memorials: Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association. The family will celebrate her life with a private memorial reception. She will be laid to rest next to her mother in Campground Cemetery, Evansville, Indiana.
Carolyn was born in Evansville, Indiana on March 30, 1939. She was an honor student at Reitz High School, class of 1958, where her father was a Science teacher. She graduated from Lockyear's Business College in 1960 and was employed for twenty years as a check writer in the Accounts Payable department of SIGECO, now Vectren.
A lifelong resident of Evansville, she moved to Fort Worth in 2011 to be closer to family. She enjoyed reading cat mysteries, watching Animal Planet, dining out, drinking coffee, vacationing at the beach, celebrating holidays with her extended family and anything purple.
Carolyn was predeceased by her father, Simon Krueger and her mother, Esther Waible Krueger, brother, Karl Krueger and sister, Kathryn Krueger Berning.
Survivors: She is survived by four nephews and their wives, Steve & Cristi Berning, Scott & Leah Berning, David & Karen Berning, and John & Susan Berning, great nieces and nephews Gary, Jenee, Natalie, Blake, Lauren, Michael, Wade, Calvin, Lindsay, Caroline and Sarah, and great great niece and nephews, Violet, Jack Steven, Harvey, John Henry and Hatcher.
