Deborah "Debbie" Mullikin, 60, passed away peacefully at home in Southlake surrounded by her family on Monday, December 30, 2013, after bravely battling ALS for 2 1/2 years. However it was Pancreatic Cancer that took her away from us.
Funeral: 1 pm Saturday, Unity Church in Grapevine, 1650 Hughes Rd, Grapevine, TX.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to New Century Hospice, 4521 S Hulen St, Suite 120, Ft. Worth, TX 76109.
Debbie was born on May 26, 1953 in Fort Worth, TX to William Kenneth and Mary Katheryn Deaton. She graduated from Haltom High School in 1971. Debbie married Tim Mullikin in 1976. She was a Hairstylist beginning at The Greenhouse in Arlington and retiring in 2005 from Old World Salon in Southlake. She loved the Outdoors and planning family parties. Tim Called her Bubbles for her Bubbly Fun Loving Personality.
Survivors: Husband, Tim Mullikin; daughters, Tiffany and husband Tyler Thurston, and Lindsay and husband Case Whitfield; grandchildren, Jake, Reid, Tanner, Tayrn and Hallie; sister-in-laws, Cheryl and husband Roscoe Fairbanks, Cathy and husband Mark Sager, three sisters and numerous nieces and nephews.
