Joe was a valued member of the GSA, Greaterwest PDD team. He was an excellent project manager but an even better human being. He was intelligent, kind, patient, and always calm, cool and collected. He loved his family, pets and all types of cars. I/ we learned a lot from Joe and our entire organization will miss him. Clarrisa, we are here for you in whatever you may need. God bless all of Joe's family and loved ones.

Papa Joe was the funniest and coolest grandpa I could've asked for. Whenever I got to see him, he would always shake my hand and squeeze real tight like it was a silly competition to see who could squeeze the firmest, and that's something I always laughed at and could look forward to. I miss that, and I miss him very much. I love you Papa Joe. -grandson, Tate
