Obituary of Marcelina Flores Mendoza

Marcelina Flores Mendoza, 51, Passed away in Fort Worth, TX on June 2, 2023.

Marcelina was born in Jimenez del Teul, Zac. Mexico on May 26, 1972 to Jose Flores and Ma. Geronima Mendoza.

Marcelina was best known by "Chela". Chela, was a strong, God-fearing woman, as well as a loving mother, wife, grandmother, sister, and friend.

Chela was a firm believer and follower of the good Lord. She was also humble, caring, giving, and always ready for prayer and to help those in need. She loved to be surrounded b her family, friends, and all her loved ones.

While we are saddened and heartbroken that she is no longer with us in flesh, we know she will continue living in our hearts and loving memories, and all the lives she impacted daily.

Marcelina is preceded in death by her mother, Ma. Geronima Mendoza, grandparents Ma. Eustolia Conteras and Vincente Mendoza, loving aunt Marcelina Garcia, and daughter Mariana Rios.

She is survived by her loving husband of 34 years, Eleazar Rios; eight beautiful children: Silvia, Blanca E., Jesus J., Lorena, Hector M., Jasmin, Karina, and Brian Rios; her father, Jose Flores; brothers and sister Victoria, Raul, Maricruz, Hector, Jose, Maricela, Llumaira, Geronimo, Thomas Flores, Adalbeto Daza, Esmeralda Garcia, and Mayra Garcia, and seventeen beautiful, loving grandchildren.
