The Beautiful Life of Carlos Jaquez

Carlos Jaquez was born on March 8, 1987 in Ojinaga, Chihuahua, Mexico. He was the only son of Carlos Jaquez and María de Lourdes Jaquez. He grew up in the South Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Fort Worth, TX, where he cultivated a deep love for Jehovah from an early age. Carlos publicly symbolized his dedication and love for his heavenly father Jehovah at the age of 12 on January 30, 1999.

Later, Carlos met the love of his life, Karen and they were married July 19, 2008. Together they served Jehovah and made the decision to begin their career as Regular Pioneers in September 2009. As pioneers, they were invited to help the Glen Garden Congregation. Carlos’ love for the congregation and the ministry grew and he soon qualified to be appointed as a Ministerial Servant. In 2013, Carlos and Karen were invited to help the Lake Benbrook Congregation. There, Carlos was appointed as an Elder on March 21, 2018.

He served as a Regular Pioneer for 14 years. Carlos also worked in different departments for the circuit assemblies and annual conventions of Jehovah’s Witnesses. He served as a tile overseer for RBC and a welding volunteer for the LDC. In March 2016 he had the privilege of helping with the construction of The World Headquarters of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Warwick, NY.

It is evident that Carlos’ love for Jehovah guided him in every aspect of his life. He proved to be a zealous minister of the good news and loving shepherd. He was much loved for being an exemplary husband, son, nephew, cousin, uncle, and friend. He will always be remembered by his family and friends, including his best friend Jehovah. We look forward to the day when he hears Jehovah’s call, is resurrected and with us once again.

La Hermosa Vida de Carlos Jaquez

Carlos Jaquez nació el 8 de marzo del año 1987 en Ojinaga, Chihuahua, México. Hijo único de Carlos Jaquez y María de Lourdes Jaquez. Cultivó un profundo amor por Jehová desde una temprana edad mientras asistía a la congregación Sur en Fort Worth, TX. Simbolizó su dedicación mediante el bautismo a los 12 años de edad, el 30 de enero de 1999.

Con el tiempo Carlos conoció a Karen y se casaron el 19 de julio del 2008. Juntos demostraron un deseo ardiente de servir más a Jehová y poco después, ambos fueron nombrados Precursores Regulares en septiembre de 2009. Como precursores, fueron invitados para ayudar en la congregación Glen Garden. Su amor por los hermanos y por la predicación era tan patente que fue nombrado como Siervo

Ministerial. En el año 2013, Carlos y Karen fueron invitados para ayudar en la congregación Lake Benbrook. Allí fue nombrado como Anciano 21 de marzo del 2018.

Fue muy evidente que su amor por Jehová lo guió en todo aspecto de su vida. Demostró ser un ministro celoso de las buenas nuevas, sirviendo como precursor regular por 14 años. Trabajo en diferentes departamentos en las asambleas anuales. Fue superintendente de pisos en el RBC y voluntario de soldadura en el LDC. Y en marzo del año 2016 tuvo el privilegio de ayudar con la construcción de la sede mundial en Warwick.

Carlos fue muy amado por ser un esposo, hijo, sobrino, primo, tío y amigo ejemplar. Y siempre será recordado por su familia y todos sus amigos, incluyendo a su mejor amigo Jehová. Esperamos con anhelo el día cuando Jehová lo resucite a la vida y podamos disfrutar de su hermosa compañía de nuevo.
