I am the former Director of the Art Circle Public Library. Bob was a member of my Board of Directors for 20 years. He was a very conscientious member. Bob contributed much to policies and direction of the library.
I became acquainted with Bob when he and his wife Margaret moved to Crossville.
He impressed me so with his care and dedication to Margaret during her illness. He was a great friend to my husband, Gordon and myself.The three of us shared many special memories. We miss you, Bob. Love Debbie and Gordon
