John Lee "Leo" Davis, 72, passed away on Friday, April 17, 2015, at his home surrounded by family.
Memorial Service: Friday, May 1, 2015, at 2:00 pm, University Christian Church, with a reception following in the Gallery.

Leo was born on December 24, 1942, in Fort Worth to Howard and Leona Davis. He loved sports and played various sports throughout his school years. He particularly loved playing football. After graduating from Paschal High School, Leo attended Hardin Simmons University on a football scholarship. After his freshman year, the football program was cancelled and Leo returned to Fort Worth to attend TCU. Leo graduated from TCU in 1966 with a degree in art. He was an artist and excelled in photography, painting, drawing, and graphic arts. Leo was witty and could spin a pun in a second. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Survivors: Wife, Nancy Davis; daughter, Tammy "Aggie" Brooks and husband John; son, Sean Davis; Daniel Morales; Scott Mattingly and wife Cissy; sister, Jane Taylor and husband Aubrey; nieces, Audrey Hildebrand and husband Price, Lenda Brown, and Mary Ann Smith; grandson, Aiden Mayoux, his mother Caroline and the Mayoux family; and a host of extended family and friends.
