Christina G. Flores of Fort Worth, Texas passed away on April 4, 2022, in Fort Worth, Texas with her loving husband by her side. She was born in Lubbock, Texas on February 15, 1956, to Jessie Garcia and Natalia Zuniga Montemayor.

Christina married the love of her life, Gabriel Flores, on June 19, 1978, the two shared 42 wonderful years together. She was a graduate of art school and a talented painter, she loved dancing, animals, and especially loved her McCaw, Collie, and her four dogs. She was well travelled, visiting 48 of the 50 United States as well as Spain, it was one of her favorite places.

She is survived by her husband, Gabriel Flores; brother, Ananias Montemayor; brother, Mark Montemayor, and wife Irosema; brother, Freddy Montemayor, and wife Martha; cousins, Diana Nunez and husband Natividad Nunez, Ina Rangel and partner Kyle Lininger, Rene Zuniga, and Jamie Martinez.

Christina is preceded in death by her grandparents, Leoniseo, and Carolina Zuniga; parents, Jessie Garcia, and Natalia Zuniga Montemayor; stepfather, Tony Montemayor; in-laws, Maximiliano D. Flores, and Aurora V. Flores; sister, Caroline Montemayor; aunts, Clara Rodruguez, and Leona Palma; and cousin, Elsa Palma.

A graveside service will be held at Laurel Land Memorial Park, 7100 Crowley Rd. Fort Worth, Texas 76134, on Saturday, April 9, 2022, at 10:00 a.m.

Pallbearers: Pablo Palomo, Jr., Pablo Palomo III, Juan Angel Estrada, Manuel Nicholas Gonzales, Jacob Paul Rangel, Isiah Rene Nunez.
