William Walter Akers, Jr. of Benbrook, TX, went to be with Jesus on Tuesday, January 11, 2022, due to complications from dementia.

Mr. Akers was born in Fort Bend, TX on November 1, 1931.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Martha Akers; parents William Walter Akers, Sr. and Emilia Losack Akers; siblings Joyce Akers, Paulina Rizzato, and James Akers (Claudene).

He is survived by his daughter Carla Kaufman (Paul); granddaughter Stephanie Seal (Kenneth); great-granddaughter Sarah Seal; brother Eugene Akers (Geneva); brother-in-law Joe Rizzato; and many other nieces and nephews. Funeral arrangements are pending.
