Clarence Edward Gross was born on December 5,1932 and passed away June 20, 2021.
He was a positive man, husband, father, grandpa, and great grandpa.
Clarence is survived by his wife Mary; Sons, Allen (Irene) Gross, Brad Gross, Mike Gross, Seth Wright (Audrey); Stepson, Bruce Brown; eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
He never met a stranger.
He Unharnessed visions and made them come alive.
He could name authors of just about everything, be it books, music, actors, movies, or history.
He was a walking dictionary and encyclopedia.
He was able to travel through work and explore new places, sometimes with his family.
He was a past Worshipful Master of Masonic Lodge #925.
He was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star Chapter #835.
He was an Iron worker-Lay-up man.
He designed and built ornamental Iron Works.
He built three homes.
He was a painter of water towers.
He made a Masonic piece in mosaic tile, that is now featured at a museum in Arkansas.
He had a photographic memory.
He loved Geology.
He loved Astronomy.
He loved Calculus.
He was a Mathematician.
He was a master of chess.
All these accomplishments were self-taught. He learned because he could read.
