Douglas was a kind and considerate man who loved his family and loved God. I had the privilege of being the coordinator for the wedding of Starr and Douglas at Trinity Church in Lubbock Texas. It was a busy and happy time and he was always being helpful. His legacy to Starr, Olivia, Connor and other family is love and provision. His faith is eternal. I love you Carter family. I know that Jesus is your refuge and your help.
