Joe Earl Hawkins, 85, passed away Thursday, January 21, 2021. Joe was born on Saturday, September 28, 1935 in Seminole, Texas to Clarence and Ruth Hawkins. Survivors: Daughters, Kelly Cantu, and Jennifer Sutton and husband, Rick; 5 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
