I met Glen while stationed at San Vito Italy while in the US Air Force. His fervor for Christ was an inspiration to many.

Our hearts are broken. Glen was a wonderful man and I am blessed and honored to call him family. Being cousins, living so far away from each other, he was always in our hearts. Much prayers and love to all of my family. You are all in my prayers. He’s the lucky one to be home!

I will always remember Glen for his beautiful laughter and kindness. He was the light in the darkness. He always made me so proud and encouraged me to achieve great things. He would pray for me anytime I asked. He showed me my worth and I will never have a friend as special as he was. Glen you will truly be missed. I know that God needed you and that you are an angel watching over us all.

I will always remember Glen’s joyous smile and laughter. No matter how stressful work was, his Joy and Love for the Lord was a constant. My first memory of Glen was I was a new RT. Fresh out of school. I was quietly sitting in the break room doing my charting and Glen and his friend John walked in and asked if it was time? I didn’t know time for what? They put on a pot of coffee and turned the radio on to the oldies and cranked up the volume!! I sat there with my mouth open. They were singing and dancing around. I thought they were crazy! From that day forward I never saw Glen without him putting a smile on my face! I’ll treasure my memories always and find peace knowing Glen is in his rightful home in heaven!

I will always treasure our coffee breaks at work. We worked together 15 years on the night shift. He was always smiling and such a positive person. When my grandson had open heart surgery, he was there to pray with me and for my grandson. I know he is rejoicing in Heaven with our Heavenly Father!!!

Glen was pastor at Second Baptist Church in Ranger, TX and I was honored to host his family on Sundays at my home. I think of a time when a girl made a bet with Glen. She told him she bet she could jump higher than the building. Bro. Glen took her up on it. They went outside and the girl jumped and the building didn’t. She won the bet and it was meant in fun. The kids in our church loved Bro. Glen. He was a good story teller and a good preacher.

I first met Glen when I worked at Berger hospital. I instantly liked him. He was so pleasant and likable. Later on he I voted us to church at Sumburger in Chillicothe, then to the Carver center. All our kids went to church because they really liked Gen and Tammy. I guess God had a bigger and more glorious plan for Glen although we are all heart broken. Tammy and boys and spouses, and grandkids, everyone who loved Glen so, we weep with you.

Glenn IS one the most amazing of people I’ve ever met. I never saw the man without a smile on his face. I never saw him worried or upset. If I only had half the faith Glenn does, it would be amazing. Glenn is the model Christian. My life was enriched by knowing him and his wonderful family. When it’s my time to cross over, Glenn Bucy will be one of the first I come looking for. God bless Glenn and his family.
