Steven Lowell Fulbright, age 66, passed away on Thursday, September 10th, 2020 in Arlington, Texas.
Steve was born in Dallas, Texas on May 24th, 1954 to his amazing parents, MD and Dollie Fulbright. He had two siblings, an older brother Marvin Keith Fulbright, and a younger sister, Judy Kay Fulbright. They all moved to Arlington in their early childhood and grew up on easy st. Steve played football at Bailey Junior High and Arlington High School where he graduated in 1973.
Steve married Carlette Griffin and they moved to Florida for a short time before returning to Texas and having three children. Steve never gave up without a fight in life, but especially in the 80s when he gained full custody of his three children. Steve devoted his life to his children's happiness and wellbeing from that day forward.
Steve was a hard-working, family man. He worked for PepsiCo for many, many years before accepting a position at Mrs. Bairds. He retired from Mrs. Bairds after more than 30 years of dedication. A man like Steve doesn’t slow down. Up until the day he passed he worked for Little Debbie.
Through the years, Steve took pride in working hard for his family and friends. He enjoyed bowling especially playing poker with his friends on the weekend.
In his later days, he truly enjoyed his ability to help raise his 3 grandchildren, which he treated as his own. He enjoyed watching the boys play basketball and working on their cars. He loved to watch Britiani in her plays and giving her a hard time in general.
Steve will be missed and remembered by so many. He was fun-loving, straightforward, and always willing to help others in need. A true one of a kind.
Preceded in death by his parents, Marvin and Dollie Fulbright.
Survived by his 3 Children Steven Fulbright, Nicole Brown, and Louanne Fulbright of Arlington. His 3 grandchildren, Britiani Brown, Jacob Brown, and Caleb Brown of Arlington. His brother Marvin Fulbright, and sister Judy Fulbright both of Arlington, Texas
