His favorite was continuing with the State Fair of Texas. His family has been involved with the fair for over fifty years. He was a man who made a lot of friends and most lasted for his lifetime. From kindergarten all through his life. If you were his friend in his eyes you were golden. He always tried to help everyone whether it was to just listen, give his time or financially. He was a country western music lover. He favorite place in this world was our lake house. It was his place where he found peace. The lake was our family fun place. Every 4th of July we would celebrate there. Fireworks galore. Fishing, swimming, and boating with his sons. Jack enjoyed rodeos and watching Texas and TCU football games. He would get totally carried away and vocal during the games. He also loved his truck. Jack genuinely loved all his nieces and nephews and rejoiced in all their achievements. He was immensely proud of his children and loved them very much. Jack was so loved, still is and will always be.
