Louise Khouri Kennedy Born: January 13, 1922 Died: July 14, 2020 Louise K. Kennedy peacefully entered the Lord’s kingdom on July 14th after living 98 fulfilling years. Louise was born in Massena, NY on January 13, 1922 to Mr. Ferris & Annie Khouri, of Lebanese descent. Louise was a caring, compassionate and determined young lady which stemmed from losing her mother at the young age of 14. She willingly took on the task of caring for her younger brother James Khouri & sister Eva Abdallah, well into their their teen years and beyond until she met her husband, Monte K. Kennedy while working at Sampson Air Force Base in the Seneca Lake/Geneva, NY area. All three preceded her in death. Louise loved people and could easily could engage in conversation with total strangers, which served her well having a successful career working in real estate in Memphis, Tennessee and eventually retail furniture for Dillard’s stores achieving “Pacesetter” status recognizing top exceptional sales in Dallas, Texas. She continued working well into her mid-80’s. She was a passionate about baseball, having grown up in New York as a Yankees fan, but was easily drawn to the Texas Rangers after moving to Dallas, attending games with family and following her favorite Ranger, Ivan “Pudge” Rodriguez during his Hall of Fame career. Her passion was ever apparent when we would talk with her on the phone while watching an MLB game, she would shout out loud, root and cheer for her favorite team and players. Louise led her life as a living example of one of her favorite Bible verses, Ephesians 4:32 – “Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you."” Louise is survived by her son, James Eldredge Kennedy, daughter, Patricia Anne Cunningham, and daughter-in-law Patty Duran Kennedy. Her grandson Jack Duran Kennedy and granddaughter Bailey Nicole Rich, grandson-in-law Robert Craig Rich and great grandson Dallas Craig Rich. Sister-in-law, Diane Khouri, nieces Elana Henner and Laurie McGrann, nephew, CV Abdallah, brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Eldredge and Lynda Kennedy, and nieces Marilyn Kennedy Wells, Ruth Kennedy Wells and Rachel Kennedy Bailey.
