June was always there for our family. When Solomon was a baby and we were living in Mobile, Alabama, June drove all the way from Jackson, Tennessee to Mobile with a trunk full of baby formula. The hospital she was working at time had a program that gave away cases of baby formula to nurses or staff with babies. I'll never forget that as long as I live.
Praying for you both, Steve and Chuck for this tremendous loss. May the Lord fill your soul with wonderful memories.
I will always remember Aunt June with a smile on her face. A faithful wife and mother that loved the Lord. Mother loved her sister so very much. A memory, when I was a preteen mother wouldn't let me wear makeup or lipstick. That Christmas Aunt June gave me my first tube of lipstick! She was my favorite Aunt that year!
June always treated me like a daughter and was always so nice and welcoming! I will miss visiting her at the nursing home that she was in charge of, even if she was a resident. :)
