Condolences for Col. Davis' family and friends. My mother, Miranda Story Jones, was Harold's cousin. She was the daughter of Fay Myrtle Rabon (Harold's mother Florrie's sister) and Elias Story. She spoke of Harold fondly and I believe was in touch with him up until a few years ago. She passed July 22, 2018. I had never met Harold before as far as I know, but remember my mother speaking of him, proud of his service and interested in his family.
