Survivors: Son, David Willingham (Crystal); daughter, Crystal Willingham (Deric); grandsons, Dylan Bell, Copelynn Willingham, Chayse Bell, and Pierce Willingham; sisters, Doris Burleson, and Irene Smith; special friend and companion, Frederick Ramsey; and a host of other relatives and friends.
