Cynthia Campbell, 68, of Fort Worth, passed away on September 12th, 2019 in Fort Worth, Texas surrounded by loved ones. 

Memorial services will be held on Monday, September 16th at 1:00 p.m. at Martin Thompson & Son Funeral Home, 6009 Wedgwood Dr., Fort Worth, TX 76133 with Larry Campbell officiating.  

Cynthia was born in Toledo, Ohio to Richard and Joy Koepfler on January 21st, 1951. She was a beloved Wife, Mother, Sister and Grandmother.

Cynthia is preceded in death by her father, Richard J. Koepfler; her Mother, Joy Koepfler; her Brother, Doug Lahnum; her nephew Brandon Tammerine; and her beloved dog, “Max”.   

Cynthia is survived by her husband, Alan R Campbell of Fort Worth; her son, Jasen Campbell and wife Melissa of Fort Worth; her son, Brad Campbell and wife Brenda of Fort Worth; her sister, Sandra Smith of Fort Worth; her sister Deb Tammerine of Toledo; her brother-in-law, Larry Campbell and wife Michelle of Benbrook; her sister-in-law, Tess Campbell of Weatherford; her sister-in-law, Pat Zdziemborski and husband Richard of Gulfport; her grandchildren, Brandon Robertson-Nadin and Hailey Campbell of Fort Worth; her nephews, Vincent Tammerine, JR Tammerine, and Christopher Baldwin; and niece, Stephanie Schuette; and her very special caregiver, “Deuce”.

The family of Cynthia wishes to extend our sincere thanks to Melinda, Shanica, Camille, and the rest of the staff at Envoy Hospice for the amazing care they provided in our time of need.
