Christopher Matthew Frittz, 31, of Crowley, passed away on Monday, August 13, 2018.

Memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 4th at Oak Grove Baptist Church, in Burleson, 12351 Oak Grove Road S., Burleson, TX 76028.

Chris was born in Fort Worth, Texas, on March 14, 1987.  He is the son of Mark James Frittz and Carrie Denise Lawson. Chris graduated in 2005 from Crowley High school. He loved his country and the Dallas Cowboys, watching UFC fights with his friends, enjoyed playing guitar, cooking with the love of his life Kim, collecting shot glasses, anything Coca-Cola, and going to the gun range. He was an amazing artist, did the best impressions, and gave the biggest, tightest, best hugs on the planet and had the most contagious laugh. He loved playing dominoes and chess with his Nanny.

Survivors: His loving girlfriend of 10 years Kim Griggs; his parents, Carrie Lawson and husband Chuck of Richardson and Mark Frittz and wife Traci of Denton; sisters, Cassandra Duplanty and Jordan Frittz; brothers, Michael Duplanty, Brian Hicks, and Dylan Frittz; step-sisters, Brittany Lawson, Bailey Lawson, Taylor Lawson and Alexa Lawson; niece, Izabella; nephew, Jaylen; grandparents, Mary Almand, William and Linda Edwards, Betty Kirkland, Bill and Fran Lawson, Irene Morton and Larry Stepp; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and wonderful friends. Chris had a special and close friendship with Kim’s family as well. Kim's Parents, Robert and Jan Griggs of Crowley; sister, Jaye Martin and brother, Jared Griggs.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Bobby Almand, Eugene Frittz, Barbara Fogle, Virgil Kirkland, Franklin McCoy and Nannie Belle Damron; and his great-grandparents, Warren and Mary Kathryn Arnold; LaDean Thornock; as well as his uncle Stan Frittz.
