Obituary of David Webb
David Webb, 68, passed away on Sunday, March 18, 2018.
Visitation: 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. Wednesday, Thompson Chapel, 4350 River Oaks Blvd, River Oaks.
Graveside: 10 a.m. Thursday, Dallas-Ft. Worth National Cemetery.
David was born on October 6, 1949, in Wynnewood, Oklahoma to Arnold and Jimmie Webb. He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War, After the War David received a Bachelor of Business Administration from North Texas State University in 1974. David married his High School sweetheart Norma Jo Garner in 1968. He liked to collect model cars and restore old cars. He loved to watch football and play chess.
David was preceded in death by his parents Arnold and Jimmie Webb, and his brother, Earl Wayne Webb.
Survivors: Wife, Norma Jo Webb; children, Charles Wesley Webb, Kimberly Mason and husband Michael, and Garric Dawayne Webb; grandchildren, Amelia and Amanda Webb, and Connor, Case and Jazmine Mason; and extended family.
His favorite quotes he lived by and taught to his family “I can’t, never could do anything” and “never wonder, what if.” David was greatly loved and admired by many and will be missed by all.
