Mindy was one of a kind…the room lit up the moment she entered! She was so full of joy, kindness and fun! We had so many great times on Possum Kingdom Lake bobbing, drinking beer and cooking on the boat, providing her with Bloody Mary’s as she came by the golf green behind our house and spending happy times in Cabo! She was taken from us too soon but lived life to its fullest. She will be missed by all those who had the pleasure of knowing and spending time with her. We love you Mindy from the bottom of our hearts! May you rest in peace. Love, Jamie & David

I was so sorry to hear about Mindy's passing, following such a hard battle in the hospital. Jean has always kept me informed on the family news--and I have always felt like you were all my in-laws also. Dave, I'm glad that you and Mindy were able to travel and enjoy life together. Q: How did you meet Melinda? A: Dave, We met you and Mindy on the Transatlantic Cruise in March 2026 from Galveston to Barcelona. Mindy's smile lit up the room and we had such fun! We had hoped to see you again this fall as we cruised back to Texas from England. Our hearts are so broken by this news. The joy you two shared was inspirational to all and we grieve with you.
