Obituary of Rita Samantha Lee Davis

Rita Samantha Lee McNabb Davis left this life on Thursday, October 23, 2025. She was born on December 31, 1943, to Wilbur and Elwanda (Williams) McNabb in Amherst, Texas. She graduated from high school in San Angelo, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Lonnie Davis; her son, Mikeal; and her grandson, Payton.

She is survived by her daughter, Malori Melugin, and husband, Tracy; granddaughters, Kallie Countryman and husband, Coby; Leah Cruz and husband, Andres; Korah Cerna and husband, Victor; Korbin Davis and wife, Jennifer; and Bailey Guillory and husband, Gardner. She is also survived by her seven great-grandchildren: Isaac, Aurora, Judah, Marvel, Callum, Ezekiel, and Calvin.

She leaves behind sisters, Rosetta Deupre and Wibalene Remick; brothers, Chester McNabb and Gregory McNabb; and a host of nieces and nephews.
