Lavone was an awesome friend who modeled a Proverbs 31 woman with love, dignity, and unwavering respect for God, family, and friends. A radiant beam of light and love, she brought warmth and encouragement to everyone around her. Her leadership and compassion made a profound impact on my life. My move to Dallas, Texas in 1995, marked a significant new chapter for both of us, and it was the beginning of a lifelong friendship. Lavone taught me the power of balance—how to prioritize faith, family, and career. In the midst of chaos, she modeled calm, grace, and wisdom. Her many examples of working under pressure while maintaining professionalism was her key to success and still guides me today. She will forever hold a special place in my heart. She will be deeply missed. Praying for peace and comfort for her beautiful family.

Deana, Damian and Families, I cannot begin to tell you how sorry we are about your mother. Lavone was a good friend for over 40 years. We shared many good times and laughs together. Our little Fishers neighborhood was close knit. I remember Lavones pink hair rollers, our get together's and Don's famous BBQ sauce on those pork chops, church services and craft fairs. We did it all. So many wonderful memories. I will always remember her warm smile and her welcoming spirit. Sending our love to all of you and praying for peace and comfort. Wayne and Mary Malone
