Obituary of Cleo Virginia Henigan

Please share a memory of Cleo to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Cleo Virginia Henigan, a beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother and cherished friend, who passed away peacefully on April 5, 2025 at the age of 101. Her legacy of love, kindness, and unwavering strength will forever be etched in our hearts

She spent her 101 years surrounded by family and many friends and traveled most of the country living in various cities as a naval wife. Cleo was strong in her faith as an active member at Northside Baptist church. She enjoyed flowers, walking and card games as a hobby.

Cleo was the heart of our home and family. She raised three children, Doyle Henigan, Mike Henigan, and Cynthia Henigan Wilson, in a happy and loving home. Cleo was married for 65 years to Oscar John Henigan, who preceded her in death. As a grandmother to Ted Bradshaw, Teresa Atkins, Gary Henigan, John Henigan, Charles Henigan, Lisa Girard and Dylan Wilson, she was the "fun granny," taking time for each, hosting holidays and sleep overs and always being there.  Also great-grandmother to Jacob Bradshaw, Megan Bradshaw, Lillian Henigan, Juliet Henigan, Eleanor Henigan, Olivia Girard, Keira Wilson and  Leah Wilson.

Cleo was known for her hearty laugh, youthful soul and kind heart. She was the heart and soul of our family, and she will be dearly missed.
