Cleo and my mother-in-law Mary Vaughn were life long friends. Jim and I visited with Cleo many times these last few fears. She was just amazing and we were always blessed by her stories and quick wit. She will be missed. I found this picture when she was member of the Foundation Singers at NSBC. Now she is rejoicing with the saints in heaven.

I mett Ms. Cleo in 2016. When I was blessed to be her neighbor. She wasn't real sure about me at first, but we became really good friends. She was just so easy to be around and the kindness and love that she showed me was more than I ever could have imagined. I remember thinking that she was in her 70s When I met her, we would walk around the block and talk, and then yeah, I realized she was in her nineties, and it really impressed me how smart, how clear, how vibrant, and just happy she was. And most of all, how active she was. And she would tell me, that the most important thing is to keep moving and don't ever stop. We spent many afternoons in her front yard talking. I loved listening to her stories and how she adored each and every member of her family. I will miss her calling me and asking me if I want to go for a walk as she would be waiting at the bottom of my driveway, sitting on her walker. She loved Jesus and had a beautiful relationship with him. I am truly blessed to have known her.Thank you, jesus for bringing her into my life. I love you Ms. Cleo and I will see you again in heaven.
