
Obituary of Elisa Olivo
Our Beloved Mother Elisa H. Olivo resident of Cleburne, TX gained her wings as she so much wanted peacefully in her sleep with her daughter's by her side on Dec 9, 2024 at the age of 90. She was born on May 6, 1934 in San Benito, TX and was proceeded in death by her husband Rene G. Olivo of 63 years, her son's Jaime Olivo & Mario Olivo Sr., her parents Ramon & Theodora Herrera, her siblings Maria Araiza, Carmen Smith, and Louis Herrera.
Our Mom leaves behind her 5 children, Diane Estrada, son in law Ralph Estrada of Cleburne, TX., Estella Olivo of Rialto, CA., Irma Olivo of Sylmar, CA., Rene Olivo Jr. of Pomona, CA., and Lisa Orosco of Avondale, AZ; 15 Grandchildren, 30 Great Grandchildren, 1 Great Great Grandchilld, along with 2 more Great Great Grandchildren due in June & Oct of 2025, and her baby brother Jose Herrera.
Our Beloved Mom was a very Faithful woman with a beautiful soul and attracted many people with her positive energy. People always offered to help her everywhere she went, she was very loved and cherished by her loving Family along with many friends whose heart she touched in her own very special way in CA where she was a long time resident, also in El Paso, Las Cruces, and Ruidoso Downs, NM where she resided for many years after her Retirement from Pleasant View Elementary School in CA as a Cafeteria worker supervising the children.
She loved her peacefulness sitting outside on her porch listening to her music by Juan Gabriel, Emilio Navaira, Ramon Ayala and Marco Antonio Solis while drinking her margarita, but most of all she enjoyed & loved her line dancing.
Our Mother's most valuable words to Us her children were "Take Care Of Your Kids" which she always did and always put us first. We will all forever cherish her famous quote " Don't Tell Me What To Do" We will miss her tremendously, but we are all at peace knowing this is what she wanted. May our Mother Rest In Eternal Peace. Interment will be held at Rose Hills Mortuary at 3 p.m. 3888 Workman Mill Rd., Whittier, CA 90601, Surrounded by her Children & Grandchildren.
