Obituary of Barbara Jean Lindbloom
Barbara Jean Lindbloom, 87, passed away peacefully on November 29, 2024, surrounded by her loved ones.
Services: A visitation will be held from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m., followed by a service at 2:00 p.m., on Friday, December 6, 2024, at Laurel Land Chapel of the Chimes, located at 7100 Crowley Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76134.
Barbara was born on February 23, 1937, in Quincy, Illinois, to Robert and Hazel Garner. In 1953, she married the love of her life, Roy Elias Lindbloom, and together they built a life filled with love and cherished memories.
Barbara worked as a nurse’s aide and dedicated her life to caring for others. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who exemplified kindness, patience, and honesty. Barbara had a passion for baking, camping, gardening, and spending time outdoors. Above all, she treasured her family and the joy they brought her. Her deep faith and love for the Lord were at the center of her life, guiding her in everything she did.
Barbara was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Roy; son-in-law, Kenneth Harvey.
She is survived by her daughters, Janet Harvey and Sherry Michilizzi (husband James); her son, Victor Lindbloom; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
