Obituary of Cynthia June Love

Cynthia June Heady Love, beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away on October 15, 2024, at the age of 70. Born on June 6, 1954, in Weatherford, Texas, Cynthia most recently resided in Fort Worth, Texas.  
 
Cynthia was known affectionately as "Nana" to her grandchildren, Vannessa Gabrielle Haynes, Trinity Lee Hale, Blaize Lee Mason, and Emaleigh Kay Patterson. Her greatest joy came from spending time with her family, and she cherished the role of being a grandmother above all else.  
 
A creative spirit, Cynthia found joy in jewelry making and was known for her compassionate nature. She was a professional boo-boo fixer, tear wiper, and hug giver, always ready to offer comfort to those around her. Her positivity shone through in every interaction, as she remained kind and uplifting, regardless of her own struggles.  
 
Cynthia cherished her relationship with Harold Love who was her best friend for many years. She is survived by her daughters, Whitney Hale and Amie Love, as well as her five siblings: Darlene Franklin, Carolyn Williams, Glenda Laney, Marilyn Hanna, and Duane Heady.  
 
Her life motto, “Have faith in Jesus because he is our only source for all things,” reflects her unwavering faith and the light she brought into the lives of others. Cynthia was also passionate about helping animals in need, contributing to organizations like the ASPCA or the Humane Society.  
 
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that any contributions be made to the ASPCA or Humane Society to honor Cynthia’s memory and her love for animals. Her beautiful smile, positive attitude, and kind heart will be deeply missed by all who knew her. 

A memorial service celebrating Cynthia's life will be held on Saturday, October 26, 2024, at 11:00 am at Journey Church, located at 4309 Colleyville Blvd. in Colleyville, Texas. Friends and family are invited to join together in honoring her remarkable life and legacy.
