Libera met Joseph McGarrey at the Champagne Room and they married in 1963. Together they had five children. Libera had a 40-year career as a manager at Colonial Cafeteria with family friend John Horan.
Libera loved the Holy Spirit, gardening and spending time with her grandchildren.
