Josie Rios-Stafford, gained her wings to be with the Lord on Saturday, September 17, 2016. Memorial Service: 1 pm - 3 pm Saturday, September 24, Saginaw Community Center, 620 Park Center Blvd, Saginaw, Texas, 75179. Memorials: The family request in lieu of flowers, donation may be made to Martin Thompson & Son Funeral Home, 6009 Wedgwood Dr., Ft. Worth, 76133. Josie was born in Japan on October 16, 1952 to John and Cruz Rios. She has five siblings, John, Frank, Arthur, Virginia and Gloria. She graduated from Richland High School in 1972. And since then earned her Associate degree in Technology Administration. Josie married Billy Cook in 1975 and out of that love had two daughters, Wanda Cook and Doris Cook. She had a passion for Bowling and loved to play Bingo. Josie touched many lives from the love from her heart and with words from God. She had the biggest heart anyone had ever known. Josie knew no strangers and made friends wherever she went. She was notorious for giving her loved ones nicknames. Her grandchildren where her biggest laughter, Randy Cook, Thomas and Bridgget Chakrathouk, Mirandah, Victoria and Samuel Ortega. Josie's biggest smiles where that of her great-grandchildren, Eli, and his father Randy, Brook, Madyson, and Raylin and their father Thomas, Jade, Mila and Bentley, and their mother Bridgett, Spenzer, Jesus, and Maria, and their mother Mirandah, Lincoln and Izzibella, and their mother Victoria. She will be missed and loved but never forgotten.
