Obituary of Bobbie Joe Corbell

Bobbie Joe Corbell, 83, passed away on Friday, March 16, 2018, at Renaissance Multi-Care Center.

Mr.Corbell was born on November 12, 1934, in Fort Worth, Texas to Leon Corbell and Thelma (Coulter) Corbell. He was married to Jeanette (Amburn) Corbell for 61 years. He retired from Bell Helicopter after working in the aircraft industry for over 60 years.

Mr. Corbell is survived by his wife, Jeanette Corbell; daughter, Darla Corbell-Coss; son, Bobbie Cordell Jr. and wife Elizabeth; daughter, Carri Belokin and husband Norman. He was the proud grandfather of 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

He was a lifetime member of Moslah Shrine serving as President of the Clown unit. His most favored service was driving the trolley in Moslah Shrine Circus and providing photographic services.

He was an avid hunter and served as the president of the Bell Helicopter skeet team for several years. Mr. Corbell was an amateur photographer and took pride in photographing many weddings and shrine functions.

A gathering of friends and family will be held at the family home on Wednesday, March 21st from 3:00 – 6:00 p.m.
